No Refunds on Processed Orders
Once a shipping label has been created, the order is considered processed and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order during production, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a refund for the remaining 70%. Please note that this policy does not apply to exterior product purchases.
Final Sale – Exterior Products
All exterior product sales are final and cannot be returned. Please inspect your package within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to take photos of the packaging (inside and out) and the item itself if any damage is found. Claims submitted without this documentation will be automatically denied—no exceptions.
Steering Wheels
Our carbon fiber steering wheels are UV-protected and include a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering major finish defects from the delivery date.
Less than 0.9% of wheels have ever been returned for warranty purposes.
Returns are not accepted unless there is a serious safety-related defect.
Warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Returns are not accepted if the wheel was used for a retrofit on an unintended vehicle (e.g., installing a 14–17 Q50 steering wheel on a 2018+ Q50).
Mirror Covers
We offer a 4-month exchange window for any warping in the final carbon finish. Items are insured for fitment; however, aftermarket fitment may differ from OEM specifications.
